What is Resilience?
Creating a resilient mind is foundational to achieving your goals. Resilience is the ability to bounce back, recover, and move on. The High Capacity Model of Resilience and Well-being (H-CAP) is a research based model to create states of resilience and overall well-being. Resilience provides a buffer against the stresses of life and is a key trait to all success. Resilience is creating a mindset where your thoughts and emotions are not controlled by circumstances. Training your mind is likened to training your body. As you train your body to gain strength and stamina, so too can you train your mind for resilience. H-CAP is such training.
